So hopefully you have your copy of the Summer release of Indie Comics Magazine. If so, open up to the centre pages and start reading the Astral Crusaders as they visit the Fields of Death. Don't forget to get into your local comic shop next month (September) and order a copy of the first issue of Indie Comics Horror. Yeah that's right.. number 1. It's a 48 pager and retails less than the 64 page regular magazine. Hey who doesn't want some more first issues in their collection. Buy a stack, they could be worth a small fortune one day.

Indie Comics Horror number 1 is 48 pages of pure indie horror. I will have a story entitled Witch Hunters appearing in the magazine. With art by Allen Byrns, it's 5 pages of Dark Age nastiness. Also appearing in the mag will be 3 Poeticorners. Poems with art. Each page is a self contained poem, 2 have art by Eric Hurley and the 3rd is has been set out like a page from an old book of text that Monks would have worked on. The Monk that penned this page is Gary Scott Beatty. It looks pretty cool, hopefully you will all order a copy. It will be appearing in Septembers Previews. Keep an eye out for it.

Supanova is over

So Supanova Perth is over for another year. It was good to see a few old friends there. It seemed a lot busier than last year, hard to move around very easily when I got there at first, although it thinned out a little as the day went on. Thanks to Tom Taylor for signing a copy of The Deep that I bought at the Gestalt Booth. Cheers man. Also a big thank you to David Mack, who signed one of my Kabuki statues. Cool. Roll on next year.

Hey all, just a quick update on things that I am working on. I will have an 8 page story appearing in Indie Comics Magazine issue 5 due out in the next few months. The story is written by myself with art by Randy Valiente. It is a very different story to the Astral Crusaders and it has a "Noir" feel to it. Will keep you up to date on when and how to order the magazine in the near future.
